Our rigorous recruitment procedures ensure that we employ ideally suited candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.

They are all trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, and CPR, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adult, Health & Safety and Care Certificate. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ / QCF II /III in Health and Social Care.

Izzy Care Solutions Carers are selected for their ability to be friendly and sociable as well as being good carers. They always encourage people receiving care at home to engage in a community-based activity and support any of their clients to help them find something that suits their individual needs.

All Staff are DBS checked and we regularly undertake quality assurance visits and quality control checks.
