HOME CARE
The support we provide ranges from simple practical support with everyday living tasks, such as housework, shopping, laundry, correspondence and other paperwork, through to help with personal care (washing, dressing, medication etc.) making or eating meals, and support alongside district nurses and other health professionals. In some cases, our people also support our service users to maintain their family and social lives, perhaps escorting them outside the home or accompanying them to the park or cinema etc. We aim to make a practical difference to how care is delivered at home.
